Welcome to The Museum of Kansas City. We are a city museum that embraces the humanities to explore the past, present, and future of Kansas City. The Museum is committed to weaving together vibrant stories, perspectives, and voices into evolving collections, exhibitions, and programs that elevate our shared history, cultural heritage, and human experiences. Corinthian Hall is open: Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday & Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Elixir, the Soda Fountain is open: Thursdays from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m., with Happy Hour Fridays from 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Sundays from 12:00 to 4:30 p.m. with Service Industry Sunday General admission is FREE! General admission allows entry to all exhibits and amenities in Corinthian Hall. This includes Wisteria, the retail boutique located on the first floor of Corinthian Hall; Downstairs at Corinthian Hall, which includes Elixir and the Billiard Room; and the historic grounds. Enjoy playing pool, board games, and cards, reading, and relaxing in the Billiard Room.
